Student of the Frontier Development Program for Genome Editing Receives the Japan Society for Avian Endocrinology's Encouragement Award for Young Researchers

On December 12, 2020, Kennosuke Ichikawa (in the second year of the doctoral course), enrolled in the Frontier Development Program for Genome Editing, received the Japan Society for Avian Endocrinology's encouragement award for young researchers.
The award was given in recognition of the excellence in content and impact of his research on the theme of "Prediction of the Sex Development System of Primordial Germ Cells in Gallus gallus based on Gene Expression Profiling," which Mr. Ichikawa orally presented at the 44th meeting of the Japan Society for Avian Endocrinology. We have high hopes of his further achievements in the future.
