On March 6, 2021 (Sat.), we held an online international symposium on the theme of the "Front-line of Genome Editing Technology."

In this symposium, experts playing active roles in the forefront of the genome editing field discussed the latest research and development trends and outlook for the technology's practical application for the purpose of accelerating the research of our program and Japan as a whole. This was followed by research presentations in English by three students in our program. More than 100 participants in the event actively exchanged questions and answers.
