Doctoral Program for World-leading Innovative & Smart Education

On December 4, 2021, WATANABE Tenkai (in the first year of the doctoral course), enrolled in the Life Science Course of theFrontier Development Program for Genome Editing, received the Japan Society for Avian Endocrinology's encouragement award for young researchers.

The award was given in recognition of the excellence in content and impact of his research on the theme of "Genetic engineering in chicken primordial germ cells," which Mr. Watanabe orally presented at the 45th meeting of the Japan Society for Avian Endocrinology. We have high hopes of his further achievements in the future.
