2022 ranking names program faculty as Japan's top rising star of science

Associate Professor SAKUMA Tetsushi who is in charge of the Life Science Course of the Frontier Development Program for Genome Editing topped the 2022 "Best Rising Stars of Science in Japan" rankings by Research.com, a research portal for science rankings. The ranking is part of the "Rising Stars of Science World Ranking" which lists young and impactful scholars around the world. He placed 440th globally.
