Doctoral Program for World-leading Innovative & Smart Education

On September 26, 2024, the Frontier Development Program for Genome Editing held the Advanced Science Seminar on "Developing a Future Society with Genome Editing" online.

At the seminar, Prof. AOTO Kazushi from the Graduate School of Biomedical and Health Sciences, Hiroshima University, gave a lecture entitled "Generation of mouse models for human disease by i-GONAD method and pathological analysis".
Approximately 60 people attended the seminar, and it was a great success. Some of the positive feedback we received included:

The Advanced Science Seminar Series "Developing a Future Society with Genome Editing" will continue to be held to widely inform the community about the Frontier Development Program for Genome Editing and genome editing technology.
