On December 11, 2025, the Frontier Development Program for Genome Editing had organized an online Advanced Science Seminar on "Developing a Future Society with Genome Editing."

In the seminar, Prof. KAMIYA Hiroyuki from the Graduate School of Biomedical and Health Sciences, Hiroshima University, addressed the audience on the topic entitled "Studies toward artificial nuclease-free gene editing." With more than 75 attendees, the seminar was a great success.

The Frontier Development Program for Genome Editing shall continue to organize the Advanced Science Seminar Series "Developing a Future Society with Genome Editing" for the purpose of updating the community regarding the Frontier Development Program for Genome Editing and genome editing technology.
