The first social meeting of the academic year was held online on May 18, 2026, bringing together 9 students and 4 faculty members.
Participants broke into small groups to encourage more personal interaction and deepen connections, sharing self-introductions, current research topics, and hobbies.
They also engaged in a lively exchange of information regarding the applications of generative AI.

*The Frontier Development Program for Genome Editing hosts several networking events throughout the year to facilitate information exchange, broaden perspectives, boost student motivation, and foster meaningful relationships among students, faculty, and industry professionals.
